Eleanor O'Dwyer-Duggan currently serves as Head of CX & Research Solution Strategy for Southeast Asia at Qualtrics, a position held since November 2020. Prior to this role, Eleanor was a Senior Solutions Strategist at the same company. From October 2016 to October 2020, Eleanor worked at Aer Lingus as Consumer Insights Manager, focusing on actionable insights for the airline's customer and brand experience while managing a global Voice of the Customer programme. Eleanor led the Consumer Insights & Research function at Ryanair from March 2015 to October 2016, enhancing customer understanding through data analysis. Eleanor's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Research Executive at Amárach Research, where Eleanor managed qualitative and quantitative research projects across various sectors. Eleanor holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from University College Dublin and has pursued executive education at INSEAD, as well as a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute.
