Alex Lee Yuk Cheung is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in solution engineering and consulting. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Solution Engineering EMEA North at Qualtrics since October 2020, Alex has previously held roles such as Master Principal and Senior Principal Solution Engineer. Prior to this, Alex contributed to Thunderhead as a Principal Presales Consultant, where expertise in journey analytics and orchestration was demonstrated. Alex also worked at Adobe as a Senior Solutions Consultant, promoting the Adobe Experience Cloud to European financial services organizations. Early career experiences include roles at Day Software, Earthport, and IBM, where Alex developed a strong foundation in software engineering and technical consulting. Alex earned a BSc with 1st Class Honours in Computer Science from the University of Southampton.
