Ranganath Patnala has over a decade of experience in service delivery management, currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at SAP since April 2018, focusing on Application Management Services (AMS). Additionally, Ranganath has been with Atum IT Services since January 2011, holding the position of SAP Senior Service Delivery Manager, and is recognized for expertise in BW 7.0, Project Systems, Flexible Real Estate, and Sales and Distribution (SD). Ranganath holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, obtained between 1997 and 2001, and possesses ITIL certification.
