Sam Koelsch is a Process Improvement Engineer at QTS Medical Device Outsourcing since December 2022. Prior to this role, Sam served as a Senior Quality Engineer at Cardiovascular Systems, Inc. from July 2019 to December 2022, where responsibilities included redesigning process monitoring systems and managing nonconformance reports. Sam's experience also includes an Engineering Intern position at All Flex Flexible Circuits & Heaters, where improvements were made to lead times and product line yields through the implementation of a Kanban system and kaizen events. Additionally, a Systems Engineering Internship at Starkey Hearing Technologies involved the rollout of test automation software and the development of testing processes for mobile applications. Sam holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Minnesota, completed in 2019.
