Kenneth Dillon is an experienced Cisco Network and Voice Engineer currently employed at QualityIP since June 2012, where responsibilities include configuring and maintaining various Cisco networking equipment, implementing Cisco Unified Communications systems, and managing Microsoft Servers. Prior to this role, Kenneth served as a Network Administrator intern at Consolidus, LLC, where tasks included maintaining a Windows Small Business Server and establishing remote access for staff. Kenneth also has a notable background in the U.S. Army as a Master Sergeant overseeing a Human Resource Office that managed personnel operations for 2,400 Soldiers and civilians. Kenneth holds an Associate of Science in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Cisco Networking from The University of Akron, and an Associate of Science in Network and System Administration from Herzing University.
