Beam Josh serves as the Corporate Training Manager at Quality Equipment, LLC since January 2021, previously holding various roles at John Deere from May 1999 to November 2020, including Product Manager of Commercial Hay and Forage. Responsibilities at John Deere encompassed overseeing all Commercial Hay & Forage products, specifically Large Square Balers, Self-Propelled Windrowers, and Triple Mount Mower Conditioners. Additional roles included Instructional Station Lead, developing and delivering sales training across North America, as well as positions in territory management and customer support. Beam Josh holds a Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering Technology from Ferris State University.
