Allison Long has an extensive work experience in the field of design and marketing. Allison started their career as a Draftsperson at QUIGLEY ARCHITECTS in 1998 and worked there until 2000. Allison then joined the University of Minnesota as a Graphic Designer from 1999 to 2003, where they developed visual identities and created promotional materials. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Erik's Bike Shop, Inc., designing identities and promotional materials for sales events. Allison then joined Hamline University in 2006 as a Senior Graphic Designer, where they managed the university brand and executed a complete redesign of the university identity. Allison also worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer, Artist, and Illustrator from 2005 onwards. Currently, they are employed at Quality Bicycle Products, where they started as an Art Director in 2012 and is currently working as the Creative Director. In this role, they lead the in-house creative team and is responsible for various marketing campaigns, corporate communications, branding, and design initiatives.
Allison Long attended the University of Minnesota from 1995 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. During their time there, they studied Architecture, Studio Arts, and Spanish. Later, in 2003-2004, they pursued a Post-baccalaureate certificate in Graphic Design at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
