Rajesh Sharma is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the healthcare and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Qualitas Health Australia and Qualitas Healthcare since March 2017 and July 2011 respectively, Rajesh has successfully driven significant growth, including a 100% increase in turnover at Qualitas Healthcare within three years. Previously, Rajesh held various executive roles at Courts (Fiji) Limited, progressing from Finance Director to Chief Executive Officer, where accomplishments included a remarkable 74% increase in pre-tax profit and the establishment of a new store in Tonga. Rajesh holds multiple degrees in Business Administration, including an MBA from the University of the South Pacific and a Master's from the University of Bath, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce with distinction from the University of Southern Queensland.
