Khushnuma Patel currently serves as Head HR, Finance & Support Services and Designated Partner | Chief Operating Officer at Qualitas Global Services since September 2016. In this role, Khushnuma is responsible for creating a productive and engaging work environment, as well as managing the communications framework that represents Qualitas Global. Prior to this, Khushnuma worked at WNS Global Services from April 2000 to August 2016, holding positions including Manager of Quality & Process Improvement and Assistant Manager.
