Katie O'Neil

Director, Customer Strategy at Qualified

Katie O'Neil has a diverse work experience spanning from 2015 to 2021. Katie started their career as a Sales and Marketing Intern at MainStreet Property Group LLC in 2015, followed by an internship at the Santa Clara University Office of the General Counsel. In 2016, they joined e.l.f. Cosmetics as a Marketing Intern and later served as an Assistant Brand Manager. In 2019, they joined GetFeedback (by SurveyMonkey) as a Customer Success Manager and then as a Senior Customer Success Manager. Currently, they are working with Qualified as a Qualified Solution Architect and has recently been promoted to the role of Director, Customer Success in September 2021.

Katie O'Neil holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Santa Clara University. Katie also obtained a certification as a Qualified Administrator in 2022 from the institution, Qualified.
