Kent Shearer is a Senior Product Subject Matter Expert at Qualia, providing product solutions to enhance user success and adoption of Qualia Core since August 2020. With experience in customer success and lender fulfillment, Kent implemented user experiences across over 5,000 Title Companies and developed processes that improved customer support efficiency. Previous roles include Production Assistant at ESPN, where Kent contributed to major productions, Assistant Ride Director for Texas 4000 for Cancer, and an Editorial Intern at Texas Monthly. Kent earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin.
