Filomena Geisler is an experienced professional with a strong background in real estate and software support. Currently serving as a Resware UAT Tester at Qualia since May 2021, Filomena focuses on testing bug fixes, enhancements, and new features for the Operations and Integration Teams within the ResWare software system. Previously, Filomena held the position of Sr. ResWare Support Engineer, where responsibilities included collaborating with management and professionals in the title and escrow sectors to optimize workflow processes. Filomena also has extensive experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator with Bonnie Loya Real Estate and previously at ServiceLink, where roles included examining real estate documents and clearing titles for closing. Earlier career roles included Title Specialist/Subordination Team Lead at LSI- LPS and Title Examiner at ServiceLink. Filomena holds a Real Estate License from Real Estate Educators and has completed programs in proofreading.
