James Tabers, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Operations at Qualfon since May 2019, bringing extensive experience in operational leadership from previous roles at Connexions Loyalty and Alorica, where James also held the title of Director of Operations. As the Owner and Principal of Tabers Property Management since January 1995, James focuses on the acquisition and leasing of residential properties across the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and Gulf Coast regions. Additional experience includes positions such as Contact Center Director at Teleperformance and Site Director at GC Services. Academically, James holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Alabama, dual Bachelor's degrees in Human Resource Management and Business Administration from Columbia Southern University, and two Associate degrees from Saint Louis Community College-Meramec and Saint Charles Community College.
