Vasiliki Zacharaki is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Qualco Group since October 2019, with prior roles including Culture & Talent Development Manager. Vasiliki also operates as an Executive & Career Coach at COACH since November 2008. Previous experience includes serving as a Culture Audit Evaluator for Great Place to Work® Hellas for a decade and as Chief Training & Development Officer at SUMMIT CHANGE FACILITATORS. Vasiliki founded lifecraft.gr and held the position of Managing Partner & HR Manager at Avlaia Jewelry. Academic roles include Manager of Academic Affairs for the MSc in Business for Lawyers Program at ALBA Graduate Business School and Officer of Academic Affairs at both the same institution and the University of Indianapolis Athens Campus. Vasiliki holds a Master's Degree in Strategic Human Resources Management and a Diploma in Positive Organizational Psychology, in addition to a Bachelor of Arts from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
