Chrysoula Vasilopoulou currently serves as a Learning and Development Assistant at Qualco Group, where responsibilities include leading the induction process, co-instructing HR sessions, managing outplacement programs, supporting team leaders in career development, and conducting learning needs analyses. Previous experience includes managing outplacement programs and assessment center presentations at Randstad Hellas, as well as teaching literature at the 6th Junior High School. Chrysoula holds an MSc in Counselling, Career Guidance & Lifelong Learning from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, along with a BSc from the same institution in Philosophy, Pedagogy & Psychology, and a proficiency in English from the University of Michigan.
