Trenton Cladouhos is currently serving as Vice President of Geothermal Resource Development at Quaise Energy since February 2024, where Trenton leads efforts to develop and test technologies for the world's first superhot rock enhanced geothermal system (EGS) demonstration and characterizes subsurface sites for geothermal applications. Additionally, Trenton operates as a proprietor at Stoneway Geothermal, focusing on consultancy in Super Hot EGS and geothermal exploration, working with notable clients like Mazama Energy and Clean Air Task Force. Previously, Trenton held the position of VP Resource at Cyrq Energy, managing geothermal resource development across multiple fields, and served as SVP of Research & Development at AltaRock Energy, overseeing significant EGS projects such as the Newberry Volcano demonstration. Trenton's academic background includes roles as Affiliate Professor at the University of Washington and a PhD in Geological Sciences from Cornell University.
