Shannon Anastasio is a nationally certified Pilates instructor and golf fitness specialist, experienced in working with a diverse clientele. Shannon has a background in dance and holds a Master's degree in Theology and Kinesiology and Exercise Science. Shannon has served in various fitness and wellness roles, including Director of Fitness & Wellness at Round Hill Country Club and Director of Group Programming at The Bay Club Company. Currently, Shannon is employed as a Pilates Instructor and Golf Fitness Specialist at Quail West Golf and Country Club.
