Reza H Adhitiya is an accomplished Executive Chef at The Club at Quail Ridge since September 2017, demonstrating significant leadership in managing the establishment’s operations and achieving numerous accolades, including the Distinguished Club of America designation and "Clubhouse of the Year" in 2021 from Golf, Inc. Prior experience includes serving as Area Chef at The Breakers Palm Beach, overseeing the Seafood Bar's successful relaunch, and as Chef Tournant at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, where comprehensive kitchen operations were managed. Reza’s culinary career began at Marriott International, where responsibilities included maintaining food cost efficiency and developing operating procedures. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Graphic Design from Youngstown State University and an Associate's degree in Economy Accounting from Universitas Jayabaya.
