Miranda Gulsby is an experienced wildlife biologist currently serving as the Georgia State Coordinator for Quail Forever since October 2020. Gulsby also holds positions as a Senior Wildlife Biologist and Farm Bill Wildlife Biologist II. Prior experience includes managing gopher tortoise and protected species surveys as a Research Professional II at the UGA Marine Extension Service, and conducting research on reptiles as a Graduate Research Assistant at Kennesaw State University. Gulsby's background includes roles in natural resources management with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, ecological evaluations with the Georgia Department of Transportation, and educational support at Georgia Gwinnett College. Gulsby holds a Master’s degree in Integrative Biology from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Georgia Gwinnett College, along with ongoing studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and The University of Georgia.
