Leah George currently serves as a Senior Research Specialist at The Quaestio, leading end-to-end client engagement projects focused on innovation opportunities in sustainability for international clients. Leah has a strong background in market research, including qualitative assessments and the identification of novel chemical ingredients for product development. Previously, as a Principal at Nova Junior Consulting, Leah rapidly advanced by structuring projects and formulating organizational strategies. Earlier experience includes a role as Deputy Manager at Ashok Leyland, where Leah was responsible for strategy and training initiatives, as well as project management, achieving significant results in knowledge retention and cost savings. Leah holds a Master's degree in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics and a Bachelor of Technology in Production Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
