Rebecca Brown has extensive work experience in finance and strategy roles. Rebecca started their career as an Executive Management Intern at HSBC in 2007. From there, they worked as an Assistant Manager at KPMG UK for three years. In 2012, they joined Experian as a Finance Analyst before moving on to the role of Strategic Business Analyst at The Orchid Group. Rebecca then worked as an Interim Finance Manager at Tate & Lyle and Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. In 2014, Rebecca joined the National Physical Laboratory (NPL) as the Head of Financial Planning and Compliance before moving on to become the Head of Financial Strategy. In 2018, they worked as the Interim Head of Finance Strategy at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust before taking on their current role as the Finance Manager at Quadrature.

Rebecca obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd. Rebecca attended this university from 2005 to 2008.

Prior to their university education, Rebecca completed their International Baccalaureate degree at United World College of South East Asia from 2003 to 2005. Their course subjects included Economics, English, Geography, Mathematics, Physics, Spanish, and a Bonus subject.

After completing their BSc degree, Rebecca pursued a professional certification in Accountancy. Rebecca obtained the Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) in 2011.
