Heath Windcliff is an accomplished professional in the finance and technology sectors, currently serving in an Execution role at Quadrature since September 2024. Previously, Heath held the position of Global Head of Electronic Client Solutions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from June 2020 to September 2024, and prior to that, served as the Global Head of Quantitative Research at Morgan Stanley from June 2004 to May 2020. Heath began their career as a Senior Quantitative Analyst at TD Securities from June 2003 to June 2004 and contributed to academia as a University Lecturer at both the University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University from June 1998 to June 2003. Academic credentials include a PhD in Computer Science (2000-2003), a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics (1998-2000), and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics (1995-1998), all obtained from the University of Waterloo.
