Rita Gonçalves is an experienced Project Manager and Senior Structural Engineer currently affiliated with QUADRANTE Group and Estrutural Engenharia, respectively. At QUADRANTE Group, Rita oversees Technical Assistance for construction projects in the Buildings Area, while at Estrutural Engenharia, Rita specializes in structural design for new constructions and rehabilitations. Rita has also co-founded Sailing Soul and Sailing Harbour, contributing to the sailing community through e-commerce and marketplace initiatives, and held roles as Co-Founder and Sports Director at Regata de Portugal and Clube Naval de Cascais, focusing on youth sailing coaching and event management. Rita's background includes participation as an Olympic sailor in the London 2012 Games and foundational experiences at The Founder Institute.
