Marija Djigic is a seasoned professional in client operations and project management, currently serving as a Senior Client Operation Coordinator at Quadrant Strategies since June 2022. In this role, Marija collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to initiate and complete high-stakes consulting projects, while managing stakeholder expectations and overseeing financial details in a dynamic environment. Prior to this position, Marija held various roles at Better Collective and the University of Niš, including Research Coordinator and Junior Manager in Partner Operations. Experienced in leadership and organizational roles, Marija was Vice President of Student Affairs at the European Youth Parliament Serbia and also served as a Fundraising Coordinator at the U.S. Embassy in Serbia. Marija holds a Bachelor of Economics in International Business and Management from the University of Niš.
