Meghan McCabe is the current Director of the Federal Division at Quandrant, Inc. Meghan has nearly two decades of experience in the corporate world, starting out as a Procedural Analyst with Agility in 2004. In this role, they were responsible for developing corporate policies and procedures, strategic planning for staff of over 6,000, and coordinating with company Directors, Quality Assurance, and staff. Meghan also wrote the corporate employee handbook and policy and procedure guide.

In 2005, McCabe left Agility to join Alshamel Travel as an Administrator. Meghan eventually rose through the ranks to become the Director of the company's Federal Division. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the division's operations.

McCabe is a highly skilled and experienced administrator. Meghan has a deep understanding of corporate policy and procedure development, as well as employee relations. Her years of experience in managing large teams have taught their how to effectively communicate with and motivate employees. Meghan is also an expert in Oracle 11i and has developed customized training materials for its implementation.

They work with Ray Rainey - Director, Analytics & Recruiting, Craig Jones - CIO, and Merry Crallé-Jones - Vice President. Meghan McCabe reports to Caitlin Cissel, President.
