Muhammad Yasir is an accomplished Research Scientist at Quadram Institute since April 2017, specializing in microbiology. Previously, Muhammad served as a Lab Manager and Teaching Research Fellow at the University of Health Sciences, Lahore from September 2008 to September 2012, where responsibilities included lecturing on microbiology for M.Sc Medical Technology students and providing practical training. Muhammad also worked as a Jr. Medical Technologist at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Center in Lahore from June 2005 to September 2006, focusing on the analysis and reporting of patient samples in Clinical Biochemistry. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Microbiology from the University of Birmingham (2012-2017), a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Microbiology from the University of Health Sciences Lahore (2010-2012), and a Master's in Medical Technology with a specialization in Medical Laboratory Sciences (Microbiology) from the University of Health Sciences Lahore (2006-2008).
