Normand Labelle has over 30 years of experience in information technology and management. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Quadra Chemicals since March 2010, Normand oversees the Information Services and Technology department, managing budget and projects while reporting to the Chief Data Officer. Previous experience includes Technology Director at Groupe conseil ERA, specializing in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne implementations, and Senior Consultant at CGI. Normand also held managerial roles at Hoechst Marion Roussel Inc., UAP Inc., Metro Inc., and C Corp inc, demonstrating expertise in infrastructure management, technical support, and project coordination. Normand's educational background includes a Programmer Analyst certification from Herzing College, a CEC in Social Sciences and Mathematics from Cegep du Vieux Montreal, and a DEC in Études générales from Urgel Archambault.
