Sintia "Cindy" Varela is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Bilingual Senior HR Business Partner at Quad since November 2022, Sintia has previously held HR Manager positions at BCFoods Inc. and Culinary Farms, where responsibilities included enhancing employee relations and implementing HR policies. Sintia also has experience consulting with management on HR guidance at ACE Hardware and supporting employee initiatives at Covia.
