Matthew Mosser has over two decades of experience in various roles within the manufacturing and food service industries. Currently serving as Manager Plant Scheduling at Quad since January 2012, Matthew has progressed through several positions including Lead Plant Scheduler and Plant Scheduler. Prior experience includes working as a Quality Assurance Technician at Ventura Foods, where responsibilities involved monitoring product weights, creating certificates of analysis, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, Matthew held a position as a Forklift Operator at Brown Printing Company, focusing on efficient material handling and production communication. Early career experience includes serving as Assistant Kitchen Supervisor at Trumble's Family Restaurant, where oversight of kitchen operations and employee supervision were key responsibilities. Matthew holds a BS in History from Minnesota State University, Mankato, obtained between 2007 and 2011.
