Greg Nickel worked at Quad starting in 2014. Greg began as a Senior Customer Service Manager and later transitioned into the role of Customer Experience Team Lead in July 2022. In their role, they served as the main channel between clients and internal business partners. Prior to their time at Quad, Greg worked as a Public Affairs Writing Intern at Mayo Clinic Health System- Franciscan Healthcare from September 2013 to November 2014. In this position, they were responsible for writing internal and external publications and collaborating on team-based projects.
Greg Nickel received their Bachelor's of Arts degree in English Rhetoric/Writing from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, where they attended from 2010 to 2013.
