Stacy Gilmour, MS, SPHR, ACC, ELI-MP has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Stacy began their career in 1985 at Rogers Corporation as an Employment Representative, where they handled recruitment and employment-related tasks until January 1987.

In May 1987, Stacy joined Quabbin Wire & Cable Co., Inc. as the Vice President of Human Resources & Corporate Services. In this position, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources, including strategic planning, talent management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, training & development, policy administration, payroll, and legal compliance. Additionally, they served as an internal management consultant, coach, and advisor, and also supervised office services, marketing, safety, compliance, community relations, and facilities functions.

In 2016, Stacy pursued a new opportunity as a Certified Professional Coach at Core Access Coaching. As a professional coach, they provided coaching services to individuals and facilitated their personal and professional growth.

During the same year, Stacy also became a member of the Board of Trustees at Monson Savings Bank. In this role, they contributed to the bank's decision-making processes and provided guidance on various matters.

In 2021, Stacy joined American International College as an Adjunct Faculty member. Stacy currently teaches courses and shares their expertise with students in a part-time capacity.

Stacy Gilmour, MS, SPHR, ACC, ELI-MP has a strong educational background. Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. Stacy also earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management with a specialization in Human Resources from Rensselaer at Work. In addition to their academic degrees, Stacy has completed Mediator Training in Conflict Resolution at The Mediation and Training Collaborative.

Stacy has also obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional qualifications. Stacy is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), which they obtained in January 2020. Additionally, Stacy is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) recognized by the International Coach Federation, earning this certification in October 2019. Stacy is also a Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, completing the certification through OKA (Otto Kroeger Associates) in July 2019. Furthermore, in September 2016, Stacy became a Certified Professional Coach through iPEC Coaching. Lastly, they obtained the Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner certification also from iPEC Coaching in July 2016.
