Byju Varghese is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in product development and quality assurance. Currently serving as Senior Manager at QUA since April 2011, Byju Varghese has successfully led teams in new product and process creation, as well as cost reduction testing activities. Responsibilities include creating inspection test and quality plans for new products and updating existing specifications as necessary. Prior to QUA, Byju Varghese held multiple positions at Aquatech Systems Asia Pvt. Ltd. from October 2003 to April 2011, culminating in the role of Assistant Manager, where leadership of a team in the production and testing of UF hollow fibers was a key focus. Byju Varghese holds a Master of Science in Physical Chemistry from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Fergusson College.
