Jennifer Storozuk is an experienced professional in product development and management with a robust background in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Product Development Manager at QTS Data Centers since April 2023, Jennifer oversees multiple developer teams and manages workflow using Kanban and Scrum methodologies. Prior roles include Senior Product Manager and Solution Designer at BT, where Jennifer focused on various projects related to contact centers, networking, and service development, as well as a tenure as Product Manager at Concert for international contact center services. Jennifer's career began as a CPE Product Manager at MCI. Jennifer holds a BS in Materials Engineering from Virginia Tech and attended the University of Virginia.
