Carl Krutka is an experienced utility development program manager currently at QTS Data Centers since August 2023. Prior to this role, Carl spent nearly 16 years at Portland General Electric, starting as an industrial energy engineer and advancing to positions including principal key customer manager, where responsibilities included managing major customers and resolving issues efficiently. Carl also served as supervisor of the Business Customer Group, overseeing key customer managers. Educational background includes a Master Certificate in Strategic Business Management from Regis University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.
