Trish Howen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Trish started their career at Travel Guard in 2000 as an Accounting Manager, where they worked until 2004. In 2004, they moved on to General Casualty and served as the Disbursements Manager for a year. In 2005, Trish joined The QTI Group, initially taking on the role of Director of Accounting & Payroll. Trish currently holds the position of VP of Finance & IT at The QTI Group, which they began in September 2021.

Trish Howen completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.
