Vicky Dhima Pierce is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition lead for the Americas and EMEA at Qt Group, a global software company, since 2023. Prior to this role, Vicky worked as a Sales Recruiter at HomeLight from 2020 to 2022, enhancing the real estate technology platform's recruitment efforts. Between 2016 and 2020, Vicky held the position of Recruiter for Real Estate Operations at Redfin, contributing to a technology-driven approach to real estate service. Earlier experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at PAN Communications and various roles at Public Consulting Group, including Recruiter I, Recruiting Specialist, and HR Operations. Vicky holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Suffolk University and studied at the American College of Thessaloniki in 2009.
