Suvi Latvala currently serves as the Global Rewards Lead at Qt Group since February 2023. Prior to this role, Suvi held the position of Head of Compensation Development at Tietoevry from March 2014 to February 2023. Suvi began the career at Accenture, working from October 2003 to February 2014 in various roles including Nordic Compensation & Benefits Specialist and Nordic SAP Lead User, among others. Suvi has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, completed between 1998 and 2002, and attended the University of Helsinki in 1996-1997.
