Marcel Schütte is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software engineering and management within the automotive and mobile phone industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager Professional Services at The Qt Company since October 2019, Marcel has also held significant roles at Luxoft, where responsibilities included managing the Center of Competence Qt and leading engineering teams for UI software development projects. Prior to that, Marcel contributed to Pelagicore as Engineering Manager and co-founded a venture focused on UI development with Qt and QML. Early career experiences include positions at Nokia, Trolltech GmbH, BenQ Mobile, and Siemens Mobile, where Marcel specialized in consultancy services and project management in the UI and application domains. Marcel holds a degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Munich.
