Ann Lewis has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Ann is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Qsource since February 2023 and previously held the role of Vice President of Business Development from January 2021 to April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Rush University Medical Center as the Director of Quality and Performance Improvement from September 2019 to January 2021. Ann also served as the Vice President of Operations at VOV Enterprises from April 2016 to July 2018, where they were responsible for daily operations, finance, marketing, HR, and consulting services for a multi-location Healthcare IT service and software provider. Ann was the Regional Director of Breakthrough Improvement at Presence Health from December 2013 to April 2016, leading continuous improvement transformation across multiple service lines and sites of care. Before that, Ann held roles such as Improvement Leader and Administrative Fellow at Presence Health. Ann started their career at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center as a Patient Service Representative from April 2010 to July 2012, where they managed daily operations, schedule, and staffing of a multi-physician cardiology practice and led the practice through acquisition and facility redesign.
Ann Lewis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Virginia Tech. Ann then went on to attend the University of La Verne, where they obtained a Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree with a focus on Management/Leadership and Health Information Systems. In addition to their academic achievements, Ann holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from California Polytechnic State University and Gold Lean Certified from Simpler Consulting.
