Anna C. has a strong background in management and consulting. Anna started their career at McKinsey & Company, where they worked as a Management Consultant from 2006 to 2009. During their time at McKinsey, they gained experience in analyzing data, making recommendations, and presenting to senior executives.
After working at McKinsey, Anna held various roles at QSC. Anna started as a Director/Sr. Director, Strategic Programs in 2011 and stayed in that position until 2016. Anna then worked their way up to become a VP, Chief of Staff from 2016 to 2018, a Senior VP, Chief of Staff from 2018 to 2019, and finally an EVP, Chief of Staff & Chief Market Officer from 2019 onwards.
In addition to their positions at McKinsey and QSC, Anna also completed two internships in 2010. Anna was a Corporate Finance MBA Intern at AECOM, where they worked in the Corporate Finance Group. Anna also interned at Avery Dennison, where they worked in the Corporate Strategy Group.
Anna C. completed their MBA in Corporate Finance/Entrepreneurship at UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Economics from Corvinus University of Budapest. Also, they pursued a Master's Degree in Developmental Psychology from University College - Azusa Pacific University.
Additionally, Anna C. has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2022, they completed the "Leading Strategic Growth" program at Columbia Business School. In 2020, they completed the "Fostering Inclusion and Diversity Program" at Yale School of Management, as well as certifications in "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues," "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences," and "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn. In 2016, they obtained "Q-SYS Level 1 and Level 2 & Reflect Enterprise Manager AV technology certifications" from QSC. In 2015, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
