Claire Whittingham has a diverse range of work experience with a focus on digital marketing, education, and business development. Claire most recently served as the Managing Director, Digital and Events at QS Quacquarelli Symonds. Prior to that, they held positions at AVADO, where they were the Chief Growth Officer and New Ventures Director, and Squared Online, a Google/AVADO Partnership, where they served as the Managing Director. Claire also worked at AVADO as the Head of New Ventures and Partnerships. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Investment Manager at Blenheim Chalcot, a freelance business consultant, an M&A Strategy Consultant at Deloitte, and a Research Analyst at Schlumberger.
Claire Whittingham pursued their education in the field of Earth Sciences, starting with their Bachelor's degree at the University of Oxford from 1998 to 2002. After completing their undergraduate studies, they furthered their education at the University of Cambridge, where they obtained a PhD in Mineral Sciences from 2003 to 2007.
