Afiqah Mustafa is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people analytics, HR systems, and rewards management. Currently serving as the Manager of People Analytics and Rewards at QS Quacquarelli Symonds since October 2022, Afiqah implements and supports HR systems, focusing on process improvements and quality analysis. Previous roles at CBRE Asia Pacific involved responsibilities such as overseeing PeopleSoft systems, leading data analytics, and managing the annual reward process. Afiqah's career also includes significant contributions at BHP in HR data management and process transition, as well as foundational HR operations experience at GE. Afiqah holds a Bachelor and Diploma in Human Capital Management from Management and Science University, complemented by a distinct foundation in both scientific and artistic disciplines from SMK Tinggi Port Dickson.
