Yesid Pacheco Tellez has four years of work experience. Yesid started their career in 2012 at Sonda de Colombia as a Service Desk Analyst Level II, where they efficiently and assertively managed the application users, databases, and servers used by Claro employees. In 2014, they moved to SQA as a QA Analyst, where they reviewed the test environment, prepared and shared the time estimates, the test plan, the daily testing progress reports and the testing closing report, and designed and published test cases. In 2015, they joined Aranda Software as a QA Software Specialist, where they carried out the QA sprint planning, established the acceptance criteria for user stories, and prepared and published the test plan. In 2016, they moved to Qrvey as a QA Senior Developer, where they carried out the QA sprint planning, prepared and published the test plan, and designed the test cases.

Yesid Pacheco Tellez obtained their Computer Science Engineer degree from the Institución Universitaria de Colombia between 2012 and 2014. In 2015, they completed a UML Requirements Engineering course from Capital Empresarial and an Application of Software Quality in the Development Process course from Servicio Nacional De Aprendizaje SENA. Yesid also obtained a Project Management Diploma from Eficiencia Ciudadana and two courses from Servicio Nacional De Aprendizaje SENA, Principles of Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Using the UML Standard and Use Cases Design, both in 2014. In addition, Yesid Pacheco Tellez holds certifications from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, International Scrum Institute, Agile Testing Alliance, and ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board, obtained in 2020, 2019, 2016, and 2015 respectively.
