Renato Gomez is an experienced operational excellence manager, currently leading operations at QROMA since July 2022. Prior to this, Renato held several managerial roles at Derco, including Service Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager, from June 2017 to July 2022. At Procter & Gamble, from July 2009 to September 2016, Renato served as Physical Distribution Manager, overseeing a large distribution center, achieving a 20% cost reduction through supply chain innovations, and leading significant improvements in the dry laundry packing processes across multiple countries. Renato holds a Master of Business Administration from CENTRUM PUCP, a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from EADA Business School, and an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
