Lisa Fu is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in marketing automation and client success across diverse sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Marketing Automation Consultant at Qrious Limited since July 2021, Lisa specializes in automating workflows and developing tailored marketing solutions. Prior to this role, Lisa was a Customer Success Manager at ACTITO, managing a significant customer portfolio and focusing on onboarding, adoption, expansion, and retention. Additional roles include Global Client Success Director and Client Success Manager at SmartFocus, as well as various marketing and project management positions at Vivienne Westwood, Kagi Jewellery, and HUFFER. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Employment Relations from The University of Auckland.
