Orhan Vonk

Orhan Vonk has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as a Croupier at Holland Casino. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as an Event and Account Manager at Helping Hand Group, where they conducted research for potential clients, managed existing accounts, and facilitated auctions. Orhan then served as the Assistant Manager at Eijgenraam Hoogwerkers B.V. from 2016 to 2017, assisting the CEO and Founder by setting strategic goals and handling staff-related tasks.

In 2017, Orhan joined Klarna as a Debt Collection Specialist, responsible for monitoring overdue accounts, addressing client inquiries, and developing repayment plans. Orhan also provided training to new employees and presented on Klarna's collection process.

From 2019 to present, Orhan has held various roles at Qred AB. Orhan initially served as the (Pre) Collection Manager for the Netherlands before becoming the Head of Collections for the Netherlands. Currently, they are the Head of Collections Benelux, overseeing the operational and strategic aspects of the collections function in the Dutch and Belgium market. Orhan'sresponsibilities include monitoring collection and loss trends, optimizing collection processes, and managing internal and external debt collection systems.

Orhan Vonk's education history begins in 2002 when they attended Sint-Laurenscollege and earned a Pré-University (VWO) degree in Economy. From 2008 to 2009, they pursued International Business Management at Erasmus University Rotterdam. However, they did not receive a degree during this period. Later, from 2010 to 2012, Orhan attended Breda University of Applied Sciences, focusing on Hotel- en hospitality management, but did not earn a degree. Finally, from 2012 to 2015, they studied Small Business & Retail Management at Avans University of Applied Sciences and obtained a Bachelor's degree. Additionally, in February 2014, they received a certificate called "Getuigeschrift 'Grensoverschrijdende projectweek'" from Avans Hogeschool.
