Isavella Dioleti is a Senior Business Analyst at Quality & Reliability S.A. since November 2023, with extensive experience at OTE Group of Companies since 2006. In the role of IT Business Systems Designer, Isavella focuses on designing integration solutions for commercial and digital transformation projects, coordinating multiple vendors, and collaborating with architecture teams on roadmap definitions for order management systems. Previous positions at OTE include IT System Analyst and Application Support Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed delivering IT integration system code, coordinating external developers, and ensuring system availability and performance. Isavella began a career at Accenture as a Software Engineer - Junior Analyst after earning a Master’s degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Université Grenoble Alpes and a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from NTUA.
