Ammar Soufani is an experienced Projects Manager and Deputy Project Director with a robust background in construction management and engineering. Currently engaged with QPM in Doha since February 2019, Ammar plays a key role in the management of the Lusail Plaza Towers Project, a landmark for the FIFA World Cup. Prior to this, Ammar served as Project Manager and Senior Resident Engineer at Dorsch International Consultants GmbH, overseeing the final stages of HQ buildings for Manateq Oasis. With a cumulative experience that spans over three decades, Ammar's previous roles include project management at Tanween, ALDAR Properties PJSC, and Burnac Corporation, having managed various significant mixed-use developments in Qatar and the UAE. Ammar holds an MSc and a BEng in Civil & Structural Engineering from Sheffield University and possesses a strong academic foundation with additional qualifications from Bedford College.
