Jean-Dominique Innocenti's work experience includes roles as a Software Engineer at Qover starting in 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Alpha Networks from 2015 to 2021, where they served as a Product Owner, Software Architect, and Lead Analyst. At Alpha Networks, their responsibilities included market analysis, product management, collaboration with sales teams and partners, and participation in global exhibitions. Before joining Alpha Networks, they worked at Altran Belgium as a Lead Developer from 2012 to 2015, leading the development of IPTV interfaces. Jean-Dominique also worked as a Web Developer at ALEKS Corporation from 2010 to 2011.

Jean-Dominique Innocenti obtained their Master of Engineering - MEng degree in Telecommunications and computing from IMT Atlantique, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In 2011 to 2012, they pursued a second Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Telecommunications Engineering with a major in Networks Implementation at Dublin City University.
