Baudouin de La Rochefoucauld has worked in various roles since 2015. Theirfirst job was as an intern in the Investment Banking department at Piper Jaffray in 2017. Baudouin then interned in Social Entrepreneurship at Ashoka in 2016. In 2015, they interned at Crédit Agricole CIB in both the Taipei and Tokyo offices. In 2019, they worked as a Venture Capital at Speedinvest. Currently, they are working at Qover, where they have held roles as Strategic Partnerships Lead, Expansion & Strategy, Revenue Operations, and Partner Onboarding.

Baudouin de La Rochefoucauld attended the University of Bath from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration. Baudouin then went on to the London Business School, graduating in 2019 with a Masters in Management.
